Items Available for Takeout Reservation (September)
During September, due to the summer season,
we accept reservationsonly for following items:
・Milk Shortcake
・Assorted Cookie Tin (6 varieties)
Milk Shortcake Sizes
・Size３：10cm diameter (serves 2-3 people)
・Size ４：13cm diameter (serves up to 6 people)
・Size ５：16cm diameter (serves up to 8 people)
You may choose either a cake with seasonal fruit or without fruit.
Our cakes are made with seasonal fruit.
During September,『 FIG』『SHINE MUSCAT』 are our main fruit. If those are not available,
we will use another seasonal fruit.
In general, we choose the fruit based on what is freshest on the day.
if you have any fruit that you cannot eat or any food allergies,Please let us know in advance.
Our staff do not speak English fluently.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could use a translation app when visiting our shop.
This will help us communicate with you more smoothly.

【Cancellation Policy】
At Okashiya Ucchi, each order is carefully prepared individually after we receive your reservation.
In particular, cakes and other fresh pastries require advance preparation of ingredients and production. Therefore, cancellations or changes may not always be possible.
We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
■ Confirmation of Your Order
Your order or reservation will be considered confirmed once we have contacted you to confirm the details and received your agreement.
If we do not receive a reply or confirmation from you, your order will not be considered confirmed.
For fresh pastries and other perishable products, if we are unable to confirm your order with you, we may have to decline to prepare the items.
■ Cancellations and Changes
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If preparation or production has already begun, or if the cancellation is made shortly before or on the day of pickup, a cancellation fee may apply because ingredients and preparation may already have been arranged.
Depending on the product, cancellations or changes may not be accepted.
■ No-Show / Cancellation Without Notice
If you do not come to collect your order without contacting us in advance (no-show), you may be charged the full price of your order.
As our products are fresh food items, products prepared for a no-show cannot be resold or reused and may have to be discarded.
Customers who repeatedly cancel without notice or fail to collect their orders may be refused future reservations or orders.
■ Pickup Time
For product quality and to allow us to serve other customers, please arrive around the pickup time specified when making your reservation.
If you expect to be late for any reason, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible.
If you arrive significantly late, we may not be able to provide the product depending on its condition.
■ About Our Products
Fresh cakes and pastries may be affected by extended transportation or improper storage.
After receiving your order, please follow the storage instructions provided with the product and consume it as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for changes in the quality of a product caused by storage or handling after it has been collected by the customer.

We are a small shop and have a limited production capacity each day.
